[190] The phenomena (dhammā) that, with the feeling aggregate (vedanākkhandha), the phenomena that, with the perception aggregate (saññākkhandha), and the phenomena that, with the volitional formations aggregate (saṅkhārakkhandha), are not included by inclusion in the aggregates (khandhasaṅgaha), are not included by inclusion in the sense bases (āyatanasaṅgaha), and are not included by inclusion in the elements (dhātusaṅgaha) — whatever phenomena [are not included] with those phenomena, those phenomena are not included with two aggregates, with eleven sense bases (āyatana), and with seventeen elements (dhātu).
