[209] Whatever phenomena (dhammā) with phenomena that have roots (sahetuka), whatever phenomena with phenomena associated with roots (hetusampayutta), whatever phenomena with phenomena that have roots but are not roots (sahetuka na hetu), whatever phenomena with phenomena that are associated with roots but are not roots (hetusampayutta na hetu), whatever phenomena with phenomena that are not roots but have roots (na hetu sahetuka) are not included by inclusion in the aggregates (khandhasaṅgaha), not included by inclusion in the sense bases (āyatanasaṅgaha), not included by inclusion in the elements (dhātusaṅgaha); whatever phenomena [are not included] with those phenomena — those phenomena are not included by one aggregate, by ten sense bases, and by ten elements.
