[210] The phenomena (dhammā) that, with the phenomena without condition (appaccayā dhammā), and the phenomena that, with the unconditioned phenomena (asaṅkhatā dhammā), are not included (asaṅgahitā) by way of inclusion in the aggregates (khandhasaṅgaha), are not included by way of inclusion in the sense bases (āyatanasaṅgaha), and are not included by way of inclusion in the elements (dhātusaṅgaha) — whatever phenomena [are not included] with those phenomena: those phenomena are not included in two aggregates, in eleven sense bases, and in seventeen elements.
