[191] Whatever phenomena (dhammā) are not included with the consciousness aggregate (viññāṇakkhandha), with the mind base (manāyatana), with the eye-consciousness element (cakkhuviññāṇadhātu), … with the mind element (manodhātu), with the mind-consciousness element (manoviññāṇadhātu), and with the mind faculty (manindriya) by way of inclusion in the aggregates (khandhasaṅgaha), are not included by way of inclusion in the sense bases (āyatanasaṅgaha), and are not included by way of inclusion in the elements (dhātusaṅgaha); whatever phenomena [are included] with those phenomena [by way of inclusion in the aggregates, by way of inclusion in the sense bases, and by way of inclusion in the elements] — those phenomena are not included in four aggregates, in eleven sense bases, and in eleven elements.
