[205] Those phenomena (dhammā) that are not included with mind (citta) by inclusion among the aggregates (khandhasaṅgaha), not included by inclusion among the sense bases (āyatanasaṅgaha), not included by inclusion among the elements (dhātusaṅgaha) — whatever phenomena are [not included] with those phenomena, those phenomena are not included by four aggregates (khandha), by eleven sense bases (āyatana), by eleven elements (dhātu).
