[212] Those phenomena (dhammā) that are not included with material phenomena (rūpī dhammā) by inclusion in the aggregates (khandha-saṅgaha), not included by inclusion in the sense bases (āyatana-saṅgaha), and not included by inclusion in the elements (dhātu-saṅgaha) — whichever phenomena [are not thus included] with those phenomena, those phenomena are not included in one aggregate (khandha), in one sense base (āyatana), and in seven elements (dhātu).
