[211] Whatever phenomena (dhammā), with the visible (sanidassana) phenomena, and whatever phenomena, with the impinging (sappaṭigha) phenomena, are not included by way of inclusion in the aggregates (khandha-saṅgaha), not included by way of inclusion in the sense bases (āyatana-saṅgaha), and not included by way of inclusion in the elements (dhātu-saṅgaha); whatever phenomena, with those phenomena, … — those phenomena are not included by four aggregates, by two sense bases, and by eight elements.
