[201] The phenomena (dhammā) that, with the immaterial existence (arūpabhava); the phenomena that, with the existence of neither perception nor non-perception (nevasaññānāsaññābhava); the phenomena that, with the four-constituent existence (catuvokārabhava); the phenomena that, with the basis for success (iddhipāda), are not included by inclusion in the aggregates (khandhasaṅgaha), not included by inclusion in the sense bases (āyatanasaṅgaha), not included by inclusion in the elements (dhātusaṅgaha) — whatever phenomena [are not included] with those phenomena: those phenomena are not included by one aggregate (khandha), by ten sense bases (āyatana), and by ten elements (dhātu).
