[200] Whatever phenomena (dhammā), with contact (phassa) conditioned by the six sense bases (saḷāyatana); whatever phenomena, with feeling (vedanā) conditioned by contact; whatever phenomena, with craving (taṇhā) conditioned by feeling; whatever phenomena, with clinging (upādāna) conditioned by craving; whatever phenomena, with kamma-existence (kammabhava), are not included by way of inclusion in the aggregates (khandhasaṅgaha), not included by way of inclusion in the sense bases (āyatanasaṅgaha), not included by way of inclusion in the elements (dhātusaṅgaha); and whatever phenomena [are not included] with those phenomena — those phenomena are not included by two aggregates, by eleven sense bases, and by seventeen elements.
