[199] With the six sense bases (saḷāyatana) [that arise] with name-and-form (nāmarūpa) as condition (paccaya): those phenomena (dhammā) that are not included by inclusion in the aggregates (khandhasaṅgaha), not included by inclusion in the sense bases (āyatanasaṅgaha), not included by inclusion in the elements (dhātusaṅgaha) — those phenomena that [are not so included] with those phenomena: those phenomena are not included by three aggregates, by one sense base, and by one element.
