[203] Those phenomena (dhammā) that are not included together with lamentation (parideva) by way of inclusion in the aggregates (khandhasaṅgaha), are not included by way of inclusion in the sense bases (āyatanasaṅgaha), are not included by way of inclusion in the elements (dhātusaṅgaha) — whatever phenomena [are not included] together with those phenomena, those phenomena are not included by four aggregates, by two sense bases, by eight elements.
