[208] Whatever phenomena (dhammā) [are not included] with the phenomena that are roots (hetu); whatever phenomena [are not included] with the phenomena that are both roots and also accompanied by roots (sahetuka); whatever phenomena, with the phenomena that are both roots and also associated with roots (hetusampayutta), are not included by the classification of aggregates (khandhasaṅgaha), are not included by the classification of sense bases (āyatanasaṅgaha), are not included by the classification of elements (dhātusaṅgaha); and whatever phenomena [are not included] with those phenomena — those phenomena are not included in two aggregates, eleven sense bases, and seventeen elements.
