[222] Whatever phenomena (dhammā) with the phenomena that are clingings (upādāna); whatever phenomena with the phenomena that are defilements (kilesa); whatever phenomena with the phenomena that are both defilements and subject to defilement (saṅkilesika); whatever phenomena with the phenomena that are both defilements and defiled (saṅkiliṭṭha); whatever phenomena with the phenomena that are both defilements and associated with defilements (kilesa-sampayutta) are not included by way of inclusion in the aggregates (khandha-saṅgaha), not included by way of inclusion in the sense bases (āyatana-saṅgaha), and not included by way of inclusion in the elements (dhātu-saṅgaha); and whatever phenomena [are likewise not included] with those phenomena — those phenomena are not included in two aggregates, eleven sense bases, and seventeen elements.
