[207] Whatever phenomena (dhammā) [are not included] with the phenomena that are visible and impinging (sanidassana-sappaṭigha), and whatever phenomena, with the phenomena that are invisible and impinging (anidassana-sappaṭigha), are not included by way of inclusion in the aggregates (khandha-saṅgaha), not included by way of inclusion in the sense bases (āyatana-saṅgaha), and not included by way of inclusion in the elements (dhātu-saṅgaha); whatever phenomena [are not included] with those phenomena — those phenomena are not included by four aggregates, by two sense bases, and by eight elements.
