[257] Phenomena that are of a nature to produce results (vipākadhammadhammā), phenomena that are defiled and subject to defilement (saṅkiliṭṭhasaṅkilesikā dhammā) — are they associated …? There are none. From how many are they dissociated? They are dissociated from one aggregate (khandha), from ten sense bases (āyatana), and from sixteen elements (dhātu); from one sense base and one element they are dissociated from some [portion].
