[293] Phenomena (dhammā) that are defiled (saṅkiliṭṭha) but are not defilements (kilesa), and phenomena that are associated with defilements but are not defilements, are associated with one aggregate (khandha), one sense base (āyatana), and one element (dhātu) — with some [phenomena]. From how many are they dissociated? They are dissociated from one aggregate, from ten sense bases, and from sixteen elements; they are dissociated from one sense base and from one element — with some [phenomena].
