[266] Measureless phenomena (appamāṇā dhammā), superior phenomena (paṇītā dhammā) — are they associated [with any aggregates (khandha), sense bases (āyatana), or elements (dhātu)]? There are none. From how many are they dissociated? They are not dissociated from any aggregates, nor from any sense bases; they are dissociated from six elements.
