Abhidhammapiṭaka · Dhātukathā · Puggalapaññatti · Vol. 36 · Section 473

[473] Whatever phenomena (dhammā) are dissociated from the phenomena associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling (adukkhamasukhā vedanā), and whatever phenomena are dissociated from resultant (vipāka) phenomena — those phenomena, setting aside the unconditioned (asaṅkhata) from the aggregates (khandha), are included by five aggregates, twelve sense bases (āyatana), and thirteen elements (dhātu). By how many are they not included? There are no aggregates and no sense bases by which they are not included; they are not included by five elements.
