Abhidhammapiṭaka · Dhātukathā · Puggalapaññatti · Vol. 36 · Section 512

[512] The phenomena (dhammā) that are dissociated (vippayutta) from sense-sphere (kāmāvacara) phenomena, the phenomena that are dissociated from phenomena included [in the three planes] (pariyāpanna), and the phenomena that are dissociated from surpassable (sa-uttara) phenomena — those phenomena are included (saṅgahita) by four aggregates (khandha), by two sense bases (āyatana), and by two elements (dhātu). By how many are they not included (asaṅgahita)? They are not included by one aggregate, by ten sense bases, and by sixteen elements.
