[86] Phenomena without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakkāvicārā dhammā), excluding the unconditioned (asaṅkhata) from the aggregates, are included (saṅgahitā) by five aggregates, by twelve sense bases (āyatana), and by seventeen elements (dhātu). By how many are they unincluded? They are unincluded by no aggregates, by no sense bases; they are unincluded by one element.
