[95] Middling phenomena (majjhimā dhammā) are included (saṅgahita) by five aggregates (khandha), by twelve sense bases (āyatana), and by eighteen elements (dhātu). By how many are they not included? By no aggregates, by no sense bases, by no elements are they not included.
