[1043] P. Should it not be said: "One who has entered the attainment (samāpatti) of the earth kasiṇa (paṭhavīkasiṇa) has distorted (viparīta) knowledge (ñāṇa)"? S. Yes. P. For one entering upon the attainment of the earth kasiṇa, is everything just earth? S. It should not be said so. … P. Then indeed one who has entered the attainment of the earth kasiṇa has distorted knowledge.
