[1087] S. — "'With ignorance (avijjā) as condition (paccaya), volitional formations (saṅkhārā) [come to be]': is that which therein is the stableness of dhammas (dhammaṭṭhitatā), the fixed course of dhammas (dhammaniyāmatā), unconditioned (asaṅkhata)? Is Nibbāna unconditioned?" P. — "Yes." S. — "Are there two unconditioned things?" P. — "It should not be said so. …" S. — "Are there two unconditioned things?" P. — "Yes." S. — "Are there two shelters (tāṇa) … or an interval [between them]?" P. — "It should not be said so. …"
