[1241] [Sakavādin:] The escape (nissaraṇa) from forms (rūpa) has been declared by the Blessed One to be the formless (arūpa); is there form among the formless? [Paravādin:] Yes. [Sakavādin:] The escape from sensual pleasures (kāma) has been declared by the Blessed One to be renunciation (nekkhamma); are there sensual pleasures in renunciation? Are there taints (āsava) among the taintless (anāsava)? Are there included [states] (pariyāpanna) among the unincluded (apariyāpanna)? [Paravādin:] It should not be said thus. … The Discussion of Form in the Formless (Arūpe rūpakathā) [is concluded]. ____________ Discussion: "Form Is Action" (Rūpaṃ kammanti kathā)
