[1257] [Sakavādin:] Is verbal action (vacīkamma) originated by a wholesome mind (citta) form (rūpa) and wholesome? [Paravādin:] Yes. [Sakavādin:] Whatever form is originated by a wholesome mind — is all that wholesome? [Paravādin:] It should not be said thus. … As with bodily action (kāyakamma), so with verbal action.
