[1296] [Sakavādin:] For one who has attained cessation (nirodha), does the life faculty (jīvitindriya) exist? [Paravādin:] Yes. [Sakavādin:] Included in which aggregate (khandha)? [Paravādin:] It is included in the aggregate of volitional formations (saṅkhārakkhandha). [Sakavādin:] For one who has attained cessation, does the aggregate of volitional formations exist? [Paravādin:] It should not be said thus. … [Sakavādin:] For one who has attained cessation, does the aggregate of volitional formations exist? [Paravādin:] Yes. [Sakavādin:] For one who has attained cessation, does the aggregate of feeling (vedanākkhandha) exist? … the aggregate of perception (saññākkhandha)? … the aggregate of consciousness (viññāṇakkhandha)? [Paravādin:] It should not be said thus. …
