[1328] [Sakavādin:] Is the latent tendency of sensual lust (kāmarāgānusaya) without an object (anārammaṇa)? [Paravādin:] Yes. [Sakavādin:] Are sensual lust (kāmarāga), the obsession of sensual lust (kāmarāga-pariyuṭṭhāna), the fetter of sensual lust (kāmarāga-saññojana), the flood of sensuality (kāmogha), the yoke of sensuality (kāmayoga), the hindrance of sensual desire (kāmacchanda-nīvaraṇa) without an object? [Paravādin:] It should not be said thus. … [Sakavādin:] Are sensual lust, the obsession of sensual lust, the fetter of sensual lust, the flood of sensuality, the yoke of sensuality, the hindrance of sensual desire with an object (sārammaṇa)?
