[1522] P. (Paravādin): Is it not to be said that "one who is fixed (niyata) enters the fixed course (niyāma)"?
S. (Sakavādin): Yes.
P.: Was the Bodhisatta capable of not comprehending (nābhisametuṃ) the Dhamma in that birth?
S.: It should not be said so.
P.: Then indeed, one who is fixed enters the fixed course.
