[160] S. Given that good and bad deeds (kamma) are apprehended, is there apprehended a doer (kattā), an instigator (kāretā), an experiencer of the result (vipākapaṭisaṃvedī) of good and bad deeds? P. Yes. S. Does one do [the deed] and another experience [its result]? P. It should not be said thus. … S. Does one do [the deed] and another experience [its result]? P. Yes. S. Are pleasure and pain (sukha-dukkha) made by another? P. It should not be said thus. …
