[1602] S. Is not the predominance of mind (cittādhipati) the predominant (adhipati) of co-arisen phenomena (dhammā), and is it not also a faculty (indriya)? P. Yes. S. If the predominance of mind is the predominant of co-arisen phenomena and is also a faculty, then indeed, good sir, you should say: "It is a condition by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya) and a condition by faculty condition (indriya-paccaya)."
