[1603] [Sakavādin:] "Is not the predominance of investigation (vīmaṃsādhipati) a predominant (adhipati) of connascent phenomena (sahajātā dhammā)?"
[Paravādin:] "Yes."
[Sakavādin:] "If the predominance of investigation is a predominant of connascent phenomena, then indeed, good sir, it should be said: 'It is a condition (paccaya) by way of predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya); it is a condition by way of connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya).'"
