[1604] [Sakavādin:] "Is not the predominance of investigation (vīmaṃsādhipati) the predominant (adhipati) of co-nascent (sahajāta) phenomena (dhammā), and is it not also a faculty (indriya)?"
[Paravādin:] "Yes."
[Sakavādin:] "If the predominance of investigation is the predominant of co-nascent phenomena and it is also a faculty, then indeed, sir, you should say: 'It is a condition by way of predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya) [and] a condition by way of faculty condition (indriya-paccaya).'"
