S. Yes.
P. Is it not the case that form belongs to the sense sphere (kāmāvacara) because kamma of the sense sphere has been done?
S. Yes.
P. If form belongs to the sense sphere because kamma of the sense sphere has been done, then indeed, good sir, you should say: "Form belongs to the form sphere because kamma of the form sphere has been done; form belongs to the formless sphere because kamma of the formless sphere has been done."
