Would he give medicinal requisites for the sick (gilāna-paccaya-bhesajja-parikkhāra)? Would he give food to be chewed (khādanīya)? Would he give food to be eaten (bhojanīya)? Would he give drinking water (pānīya)? Would he pay homage to a shrine (cetiya)? Would he place a garland upon a shrine? Would he place scents? Would he place unguents? … Would he circumambulate a shrine, keeping it to his right (abhidakkhiṇaṃ kareyya)?

P. If an Arahant would circumambulate a shrine, keeping it to his right, then surely it should not be said that "there is no accumulation of merit (puññūpacaya) for the Arahant."
