Sakavādin: Are there not some who prepare meals for the Saṅgha (saṅghabhatta), who prepare designated meals (uddesabhatta), and who prepare gruel and drinks (yāgupāna)?
Paravādin: Yes.
Sakavādin: If there are some who prepare meals for the Saṅgha, who prepare designated meals, and who prepare gruel and drinks, then indeed, good sir, you should say: "The Saṅgha eats, drinks, chews, and tastes."
