[1866] S. Is there comprehension of the Dhamma (dhammābhisamaya) for one lying in the womb (gabbhaseyyā)?
P. Yes.
S. Are there not two conditions (paccaya) for the arising of right view (sammādiṭṭhi), namely, the utterance of another (parato ghosa) and proper attention (yoniso manasikāra)?
P. Yes.
S. If there are two conditions for the arising of right view, namely, the utterance of another and proper attention, then indeed, good sir, it should not be said: "There is comprehension of the Dhamma for one lying in the womb."
