[230] S. "For the Stream-Enterer (sotāpanna), personality-view (sakkāyadiṭṭhi) has been abandoned; does the Stream-Enterer not fall away from the fruition of Stream-Entry (sotāpattiphala)?" P. "Yes." S. "For the Arahant (arahā), lust (rāga) has been abandoned; does the Arahant not fall away from Arahantship (arahatta)?" P. "It should not be said thus. …" S. "For the Stream-Enterer, personality-view has been abandoned; does the Stream-Enterer not fall away from the fruition of Stream-Entry?" P. "Yes." S. "For the Arahant, hatred (dosa) has been abandoned … lack of moral dread (anottappa) has been abandoned; does the Arahant not fall away from Arahantship?" P. "It should not be said thus. …" S. "For the Stream-Enterer, doubt (vicikicchā) has been abandoned … delusion (moha) leading to the states of loss (apāyagamanīya) has been abandoned; does the Stream-Enterer not fall away from the fruition of Stream-Entry?"
