[407] P. Do these past and future aggregates (khandhā), elements (dhātu), and sense bases (āyatana) not exist?
S. Yes.

Was it not said by the Blessed One: "Bhikkhus, whatever form (rūpa), past, future, or present, … this is called the form aggregate (rūpakkhandha); whatever feeling (vedanā) …; whatever perception (saññā) …; whatever volitional formations (saṅkhārā) …; whatever consciousness (viññāṇa), past, future, or present, … this is called the consciousness aggregate (viññāṇakkhandha)"? Is there indeed such a discourse (suttanta)?
S. Yes.
P. If so, then it should not be said that these past and future aggregates, elements, and sense bases do not exist.
