[503] [Sakavādin:] Is there non-knowledge (aññāṇa) in the Arahant?
[Paravādin:] Yes.
[Sakavādin:] Has not the Arahant, for the abandonment (pahāna) of hatred (dosa) … for the abandonment of lack of moral dread (anottappa), developed the path (magga) … developed the factors of awakening (bojjhaṅga)?
[Paravādin:] Yes.
[Sakavādin:] If the Arahant has developed the factors of awakening for the abandonment of lack of moral dread, then indeed it should not be said: "There is non-knowledge in the Arahant."
