[1] Whatever phenomena (dhammā) are wholesome (kusala), are all those wholesome roots (kusalamūla)? Or, whatever are wholesome roots, are all those phenomena wholesome? Whatever phenomena are wholesome, do all those have one root in common with the wholesome root (kusalamūlena ekamūla)? Or, whatever have one root in common with the wholesome root, are all those phenomena wholesome? Whatever phenomena have one root in common with the wholesome root, are all those roots of one another with the wholesome root (kusalamūlena aññamaññamūla)? Or, whatever are roots of one another with the wholesome root, are all those phenomena wholesome? Whatever phenomena are wholesome, are all those wholesome root-roots (kusalamūlamūla)? Or, whatever are wholesome root-roots, are all those phenomena wholesome? Whatever phenomena are wholesome, do all those have one root-root in common with the wholesome root (kusalamūlena ekamūlamūla)? Or, whatever have one root-root in common with the wholesome root, are all those phenomena wholesome?
