[139] For whomever, wherever, the form aggregate (rūpakkhandha) arises, did the feeling aggregate (vedanākkhandha) arise for that one there? For those being reborn into the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa) and those being reborn among the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), the form aggregate arises for them there, but the feeling aggregate did not arise for them there. For the others, being reborn into the five-constituent existence (pañcavokāra), both the form aggregate arises for them there and the feeling aggregate arose.
Or rather, for whomever, wherever, the feeling aggregate arose, does the form aggregate arise for that one there? For those passing away from the five-constituent existence and for the formless beings (arūpa), the feeling aggregate arose for them there, but the form aggregate does not arise for them there. For those being reborn into the five-constituent existence, both the feeling aggregate arose for them there and the form aggregate arises.
