[140] For whomever, wherever, the aggregate of feeling (vedanākkhandha) arises, did the aggregate of perception (saññākkhandha) arise for that one there?
For those being reborn into the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa), the aggregate of feeling arises for them there, but the aggregate of perception did not arise for them there. For the others, being reborn into a four-constituent [plane] (catuvokāra) or a five-constituent [plane] (pañcavokāra), the aggregate of feeling arises for them there, and the aggregate of perception also arose for them there.
Or else, for whomever, wherever, the aggregate of perception arose, does the aggregate of feeling arise for that one there?
For those passing away from a four-constituent or a five-constituent [plane], the aggregate of perception arose for them there, but the aggregate of feeling does not arise for them there. For those being reborn into a four-constituent or a five-constituent [plane], the aggregate of perception arose for them there, and the aggregate of feeling also arises for them there.
