[1579] For one who has passed away from what is not the sense-sphere element (kāmadhātu), not the formless element (arūpadhātu), and is being reborn in the sense-sphere element, exactly seven latent tendencies (anusaya) lie latent; there are no latent tendencies that are broken (bhaṅgā).
