[165] For whomever the form aggregate (rūpakkhandha) has never arisen, will the feeling aggregate (vedanākkhandha) not arise for that one? There is none. Or rather, for whomever the feeling aggregate will not arise, has the form aggregate never arisen for that one? It has arisen.
