[166] For whomever the aggregate of feeling (vedanākkhandha) has not arisen, will the aggregate of perception (saññākkhandha) not arise for that one? There is none. Or, for whomever the aggregate of perception will not arise, has the aggregate of feeling not arisen for that one? It has arisen.
