[169] For whomever in whatever place the form aggregate (rūpakkhandha) has not arisen, will the feeling aggregate (vedanākkhandha) not arise for that one in that place?
For the formless beings (arūpa), the form aggregate has not arisen for them there, but it is not the case that the feeling aggregate will not arise for them there. For beings of the Pure Abodes (suddhāvāsa) and for those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) in the formless plane, the form aggregate has not arisen for them there and the feeling aggregate will not arise.
Or, for whomever in whatever place the feeling aggregate will not arise, has the form aggregate not arisen for that one in that place?
For those in their final existence in the five-constituent existence (pañcavokāra) and for the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), the feeling aggregate will not arise for them there, but it is not the case that the form aggregate has not arisen for them there. For beings of the Pure Abodes and for those in their final existence in the formless plane, the feeling aggregate will not arise for them there and the form aggregate has not arisen.
