[157] For whomever, wherever, the form aggregate (rūpakkhandha) does not arise, will the feeling aggregate (vedanākkhandha) not arise for that one there?
For those passing away from the five-constituent existence (pañcavokāra) and for formless (arūpa) beings: for them there the form aggregate does not arise, but it is not the case that for them there the feeling aggregate will not arise. For those attaining final Nibbāna in the five-constituent existence, for those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) in the formless [plane], and for those passing away from the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for them there the form aggregate does not arise and the feeling aggregate will not arise.
Or rather, for whomever, wherever, the feeling aggregate will not arise, does the form aggregate not arise for that one there?
For those in their final existence who are being reborn into the five-constituent existence and for those being reborn among the non-percipient beings: for them there the feeling aggregate will not arise, but it is not the case that for them there the form aggregate does not arise. For those attaining final Nibbāna in the five-constituent existence, for those in their final existence in the formless [plane], and for those passing away from the non-percipient beings: for them there the feeling aggregate will not arise and the form aggregate does not arise.
