Nirodhavāra

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (1) · Vol. 38 · Section 188

[188] For whomever, wherever, the form aggregate (rūpakkhandha) will not cease, will the feeling aggregate (vedanākkhandha) not cease for that one there? For the formless [beings] (arūpa), the form aggregate will not cease for them there, but it is not the case that the feeling aggregate will not cease for them there. For those attaining final Nibbāna (parinibbanta), the form aggregate will not cease for them there, and the feeling aggregate will not cease. Or, for whomever, wherever, the feeling aggregate will not cease, will the form aggregate not cease for that one there? For the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), the feeling aggregate will not cease for them there, but it is not the case that the form aggregate will not cease for them there. For those attaining final Nibbāna, the feeling aggregate will not cease for them there, and the form aggregate will not cease. ________________
