[250] For whomever, wherever, the form aggregate (rūpakkhandha) will not arise, will the feeling aggregate (vedanākkhandha) not cease for that one there?
For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) who are being reborn into the five-constituent [existence] (pañcavokāra), and for the formless beings (arūpa): the form aggregate will not arise for them there, but it is not the case that the feeling aggregate will not cease for them there. For those who are attaining final Nibbāna (parinibbāna): the form aggregate will not arise for them there and the feeling aggregate will not cease.
Or, rather, for whomever, wherever, the feeling aggregate will not cease, will the form aggregate not arise for that one there?
For the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta): the feeling aggregate will not cease for them there, but it is not the case that the form aggregate will not arise for them there. For those who are attaining final Nibbāna: the feeling aggregate will not cease for them there and the form aggregate will not arise.
