[262] "For whomever, wherever, the feeling aggregate (vedanākkhandha) does not arise, will the perception aggregate (saññākkhandha) not cease for that one there?"
For those passing away from the four-constituent [plane] (catuvokāra) and from the five-constituent [plane] (pañcavokāra), the feeling aggregate does not arise for them there, yet it is not the case that the perception aggregate will not cease for them there. For those who are attaining final Nibbāna and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), the feeling aggregate does not arise for them there, and the perception aggregate will not cease.
"Or rather, for whomever, wherever, the perception aggregate will not cease, does the feeling aggregate not arise for that one there?"
Yes (āmantā).
